This information is processed by our hosting provider and by the providers of resources the Website loads, such as web fonts.

5Sharing your data

We only share personal data where we need to. The categories of recipient are:

  • Service providers who act on our behalf, including our website host, email provider and form provider. Our contact form is provided by Google Forms, so information you submit through it is processed by Google on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
  • A buyer or successor if our business, or part of it, is sold or restructured.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we make sure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard, such as a UK adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above. As a guide:

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact
  • Records relating to a contract or commercial relationship are kept for up to 6 years after it ends, to meet legal and accounting requirements
  • Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out, after which we keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include access controls, encryption in transit and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the regulator of a breach where the law requires us to.

10Cookies

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address so the fonts can be delivered. Our contact form is hosted by Google Forms, and Google may set its own cookies when you use it, under Google's own privacy policy.

If we introduce analytics or other non essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

11Children

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
